Two ways to do it
The truck at your event
We pull up, fire up and serve from the window. Your guests order off a short event menu, made to order. Best for about 50 to 250 guests.
Drop-off trays
Pans of pulled pork, smoked chicken, smoked mac, slaw, buns and house sauces, dropped off hot and ready to serve. Best for about 15 to 100 guests.

We’re taking graduation-party trays and truck dates for May and June 2027 now. Those weekends go first.
Where we go
Home base is Petoskey. We cater across Emmet and Charlevoix counties, including Harbor Springs, Alanson, Pellston, Charlevoix, Boyne City, Indian River, Cheboygan and Mackinaw City.
Farther out, like the U.P. or Traverse City? Ask us. For bigger events it usually works.
